Welcome

I run my Private Psychotherapy practice in Central London and offer some of my time to the HCC (Healing & Counselling Centre) at St Marylebone Parish Church.

My practice is open to all irrespective of background, faith, sexuality, gender or age. I have worked with adults who have experienced a wide range of concerns and issues. In my experience, being heard, valued and allowed to fully express yourself often leads to new insights, feeling freer, more at peace, and allows for a lasting change.

Our current problems are often rooted in earlier difficulties which need to be understood before we can grow beyond them and you may need support and help of an independant profesional to find your own resources to approach life in a new way.

We will work with whatever you bring seeking to understand your feelings and make sense of things which may be upsetting, problematic or confusing. We will work towards greater attunement to your needs and wants so you can allow yourself to live in a more compassionate and fulfilled way.
